Beshoff MotorCars was completed on the corner of 3000 East Capitol
Expressway and Tully Road in August of 2003. Our decision to locate one
of the largest, most state-of-the-art Mercedes-Benz facilities in the
nation on this site was based on our belief in the dynamic future of
East San Jose. We have not been disappointed. Not only have we seen
exceptional growth in the area, but our location allows us to provide
an ideal car-shopping venue with ample parking and easy access to the
680, 101 and 280 freeways.

The only reason I drive almost 40 miles to get my service and maintenance done at Beshoff is because of David Truong. He is attentive, sincere, and completely straight forward. When I talk to him about my car, I feel at ease and know that he is genuinely committed to addressing all my concerns.

I didn't purchase my car here, but it's had it's A service and some warranty work here.
My service advisor is DAVID TROUNG. He's been nothing but great! Very professional super nice and not arrogant. Seems like when you have to work with European car dealerships they're so full of themselves - Audi of Steven's Creek.... You lost a sale to me twice because of your arrogant ways. You lost the sale to a Porsche and a Mercedes. Back to David... If you can get him as your Service Adviser, you'll be in good hands. I had this faint beeping sound which couldn't be heard in the shop because the shop was too loud. I trusted David to drive my car and to keep it overnight at his house to try to listen for the beep. He heard it, followed up with a technician and let me know what's going on. All is good :)

Mo is awesome! I purchased my benz here and he was professional and gave me great service. He even called after a couple days to see how I liked the car! So if anyone is looking to buy a Mercedes Benz definitely ask for Mo because he is knowledgeable and knows the ins and outs of Mercedes. I gave him my budget and what I could afford for my purchase and he accomadated it which was a fully loaded CLK550. He made it where I could afford it monthly with a really low apr. Purchased my SLK here, and the service was wonderful. We came in knowing what we wanted to buy, so it was a pretty straightforward process - saw which cars they had in stock, chose the shiny red one, and got a decent deal on it. The salesman was very laid back, and he emailed us afterwards to check up on the car and our experiences with it.
Have been getting the services here, too, since it's still under warranty. Try to come in early - they're often very busy, and showing up at around 3pm on Saturday won't get you very far. Today, I made an appointment and was able to get my car in at 10pm and back by noon-ish. Spent the intervening time walking around the nearby shopping center, but their waiting area is well appointed and comfortable as well. You can get a ride elsewhere as your car is being serviced, too.
My service rep, Mike Caliguiri, was very helpful in replacing a defective part. It was considered a trim item, but to my surprised delight, he was able to have it fixed for me. It was very casual, and quick. I also got 10% off for checking in on Yelp, so bring your smartphone!
I'm gonna admit that I've never actually bought a car somewhere else. But when you buy the luxury car, you buy into the luxury experience and luxury service that comes with it, and I feel like this dealership has definitely held up their end of the bargain.Elli L. ,Morgan Hill, CA

We completed the transaction in under one hour without the usual drama we have come to expect from the car purchase process. They gave me a very fair price, and there was no coercion for us to take extras we didn't want. Just picked up a new E class Mercedes from Beshoff Motorcars in San Jose. I drove over 140 miles just to go see Tim Vu, the Internet manager. I spoke to Tim via Email for a week asking questions about the car. Every question went answered in less than 5 minutes. Finally we talked via phone and the deal was done. Drove up on Saturday morning and met him at 9am. Everything was ready to go. His knowledge of the car was unbelievable. The price they gave me for the new car and my trade was fair and I couldn't be happier. The finance director Yad Singh was very efficient and super polite. This was one of the easiest deals I have ever done and will definitely return to buy my next Mercedes Benz from them.

Wow, after reading all the great comments about David Truong I can really see what type of genuine person this gentleman is. It's a shame when you choose a business to purchase a product or to have something examine and the customer service level is in shambles. Well when it comes to Beshoff it appears not only do they specialize in high end automobiles but their service advisors are e high end as well. David Truong is one of the best advisor I've came across in a long, long, long time.
I can't say enough about this young man; David took time out to explain, listen and offered a precise contact schedule to update me on my vehicle status. I was blessed to purchase a certified R class and what a fun car it is, but my baby had a bit of a problem. David stayed in close contact and kept his word from beginning to end.
My biggest pet peeve is CUSTOMER SERVICE! I believe" if one chose's to do business with a particular company ; one should get the service they deserve from beginning to end" and this is what Beshoff and David offers on a consistent basis. I am so happy and thank God as well that I am able to feel comfortable to entrust Beshoff and its staff with all my vehicle concerns. My husband and I recently purchased our 3rd MZB at Beshoff Motorcars in San Jose. We live in the East Bay but don't mind the drive down to San Jose as it is well worth the service. My most recent auto was sold to me by Andy and he was great to work with. My transaction was handled smoothly. I felt I was treated as a savvy customer not just a women purchasing a car. I have found auto purchases in the past at other dealerships seem to be a mans sport, and women treated as spectators. My salesperson, Tony Chien still keeps in touch. He saw me driving away from my service appointment and called to say hello, making sure everything was okay with my vehicle.
My service advisor, Mike Widergren was very helpful. My teenage son took the car in for a warranty repair. Mike arranged for him to get a ride home, Almaden Valley. I picked my car and discovered that the brake light went out. I purchased a new bulb and Mike changed it on the spot. I have seen other advisors when MIke has a day off. (All very helpful)
Customer Service Area: I purchase some touch up paint and found the lady in the parts department very knowledgeable. We had to special order my paint. A week later it arrived and I was promptly called to pick it up. I paid for my purchase, the cashier was busy but immediately acknowledged me and then I waited for my turn. Both ladies were very helpful and courteous.

This was the easiest I've ever purchased a car. I contacted a number of Mercedes dealerships around the bay area. I talked to some over the phone and met others that were just okay. They were the typical salesperson.
As a physician, I don't have much free time. I contacted Beshoff and was impressed from the beginning. I dealt with Fred Jaber, the internet sales manager. He was willing to give me a lot of information over email before even talking to me directly. He was able to find me the car I wanted with the exact specifications I wanted within a couple of hours and a few short emails. I arrived at the dealership and was immediately greeted by Fred. We arrived at a great deal for the car within 15 minutes. He checked with his manager and came back in 1 minute. Not the usual 15 minutes as salespeople "pretend to be talking." They didn't haggle over a few bucks. They just wanted me to be comfortable with the purchase. Never did I feel any pressure.
The car was made ready for me while I met with the financial guy, Yad. He also did not pressure me to buy any optional upgrades. I did buy the five year service since Fred gave me a great rate for it. I wanted this before entering the dealership. I was never pressured into buying it.
It was getting late and Fred was busy finishing the sale. A sales agent was on his way home. He passed me outside as I was just gettng my new keys. He dropped his stuff and spent 20 minutes showing me all the features in my new Mercedes including programming my bluetooth/phone. He was not even getting a commission and just helped.
After an hour or so, Fred got me on my way. He was so friendly, honest, and fast. On top of that, he offered me a great price.

If you are looking for an attentive, professional and customer friendly service adviser, then you need to ask for David Troung.
Although I live 5 minutes away from Smythe, I choose to drive 30 minutes out of my way to Beshoff to get service on my GL550.
There are a number of reasons why I drive out of way to get service here, but the main reason is for the peace of mind that my car will come back in the same condition I left it in.
At other dealerships even after I tell the service adviser how picky I am...I always seemed to get my car back with oily stains, scratches and dents around the area the technician was working on. Not only is this aggravating, it also consumed a lot of my time.
My experience with David has been he is very accommodating of my pickiness and over the past 3 years, I've never had an issue with my car coming back damaged which is a wonderful relief and the issues I had were always fixed.
The shop foreman (AL) and service director (Chris) also deserve mentioning for running a very efficient and clean service department. They both have been nothing but helpful and informative to me.Frank K. ,San Jose, CA
My husband and I recently bought a new E350 here. We had an excellent experience on many levels. Andy, our salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly and gave a us a very good deal. You could tell he's been selling Mercedes a very long time.This was in stark contrast to another dealership we had visited in the bay area closer to our home where the sales people knew nothing. It was worth the drive to go to Beshoff to purchase our car. They have a large inventory so they had exactly the color, model and features we wanted. Even though we had to wait a long time for the finance person, Kimo, to be free, he was also very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with as was Andy. Bought an E550 Coupe last week from salesman David Castro along with GM Greg James. This was our second vehicle purchased at Beshoff since they opened in San Jose in 2003. Each time has been a very positive experience. Negotiations were quick and painless. While I like to negotiate, there was very little. They were so fair and professional from the start that we consumated the deal in minutes.
As far as David goes, he listened to what my wife wanted in an E Coupe, price, and trade-in value. He suggested a 2010 model instead of 2011 because he knew the previous owner, who he sold the original car to. The owner traded it in for his "dream" Porsche in less than 9 mos. We didn't want to take a depreciation hit and it was exactly what we were looking for. David was polished, professional, caring, detail oriented and never felt like we were being "sold." Greg and David made sure that I was comfortable throughout the buying process and after the sale. We weren't over sold. Beshoff has been my MB dealer for the last 8 years. The sales staff has always been helpful and accomodating (they normally are since they want your business). I especially want to mention Johnny Ngo. When I was buying my car, he was very nice and not aggressive at all. I use to cringe going to a car dealership because there are some car salesman who are totally aggresive and in your face. Johnny was not like that at all. He let you take a look at their inventory and gives you suggestions but he pretty much gives you space to make your decision.
After I bought my car, I had problems with it. Johnny was easy to contact (he texts and responds right away). I called him from setting up my nav system, to syncing my bluetooth and lastly, I had problems with the tires on my "new" car. I've had sales people before that just automatically refers you to their service department. Johnny went above and beyond that. He introduced me to David ( who was also amazingly helpful and professional) and made sure that my problem was taken care of.

Took my husbands car in for it's first A service (basically inspection and oil change). Asked for David Truong as our advisor, based on Yelp reviews. Actually, based on yelp reviews, I chose Beshoff over Smyth and another dealer closer to us. Anyone in the Los Altos/Mountain View area, IT'S WORTH THE DRIVE! I was almost an hour late for my Sat. appt. due to my misplanning, as well as construction at the Tully rd. Off-ramp. David still greeted me with a smile, and was able to see me quickly. He explained how this is different from my BMW's all-inclusive maintenance services (you pay for the maintenance), and even found an online coupon, without my asking! He told me all my options, including going to other places, and, finally, when I jokingly asked if he could wash my car as well as my husband's car, he smiled at me, and with no hesitation whatsoever, said,"absolutely, no problem! Can you wait 30 min?". We drove 2 cars, since I didn't want to wait for the shuttle. Pickup was smooth, and on a Monday at 9:15am, the trip down was really fast! Also, there's coffee and donuts in the mornings, and on Saturday mornings, there's even a guy in the lounge who shines shoes for $5! Definitely, DAVID TRUONG is the guy to see!

We all want to pay fair price or get good discounts, right? Beshoff is the best dealership in town. I've purchased my dream car here a few years and every time I make an appointment to take my car in for oil change, check-up or service after the free service for 4 years or first 50K whichever comes first had expired, I've been treated with respect and best of all they don't make you wait and when you get your car back, it looks brand new again. They do a great job on the carwash, I don't even recognize my car sometimes because it's so clean.They have some coffee, tea and used to serve donuts for breakfast, but maybe since everyone's on a diet like myself, they stopped serving them or could be due to recession? Donuts are not cheap anymore but maybe they'll order more after they see my review? They're honest, friendly and they let you know exactly what's going on and get your car back to you at the promised time. They provide free shuttle ride and if they need more time to service it, they let you drive one of their brand new cars and just replace the gas that you've used. I know, it's part of every dealer's marketing strategy, a test drive in hopes that you may want to trade your car for a new one since you love driving the brand new car, but unlike other dealerships, they do not let you drive their cars with a big logo to promote the name of their dealership. Thanks to Reggie and Rick, who are always very helpful and courteous, I will remain loyal to Beshoff. They will always be number 1 on my list!!! Thank you guys for taking care of my car, it is in great running condition so keep up the good work!!! In 2007 I bought a CLK 350 from Beshoff. What stood out most was the professionalism of the sales person. I was impressed with his knowledge of the car and did not BS me when there was something that he was unsure of. Instead, he found the answers to my questions and got back to me. I respect that! Second, the service group is probably the best crew I've ever experienced. They are professional, quick and just on the ball every time I get my car serviced. When I have to leave my car overnight, they loan me another Mercedes at no charge. In and out quickly with little paper work. I like that! Simple.... Now if the IRS or the DMV can take some notes and start treating people like Beshoff does the world would be a better place!

Good place to buy a MB! We checked all the MB dealers in the bay. Beshoff had the best price and the best service. The process was smooth and the salespeople weren't stuffy like at other places. I have to admit shopping for a car is not fun especially if you're trying to keep it a secret from your wife because its a surprise. Couple with the anxiety of possibly paying too much, you're in for a stressful ordeal.
I decided to go the internet route after doing my own research secretly online and browsing dealership lots after hours because I don't like the hassle of dealing with salesman on the hunt. I submitted my internet request to Beshoff, Smythe, Fletcher Jones of Fremont and Pleasanton Mercedes-Benz.
To my amazement and surprise not all Mercedes-Benz dealerships are the same and especially not all sales people are the same. Smythe took 3 days to response back with generic automatic email. While Fremont was a tad quicker at 2 days with at least a personalized price quote but on a completely different vehicle than what I was looking for.
Beshoff was the most responsive with a phone call and hassle free price quote almost instantly. Tim Vu was attentive and understood my goals of getting the car for a reasonable price and surprise my wife without increasing my blood pressure from the stress of car buying.
Pleasanton Mercedes gets 1 star for their quick response but nothing else. I spoke with Abe and have to admit this is where not all sales people are alike. There's salesman like Mr. Abe here at pleasanton that is your classic fast talker with cheesy lines like " Our prices are so low it could only be discuss in person" and the all time favorite " We will be number 1 MB dealership with our prices and blah blah blah and if you drive here we can do better than more than a couple hundreds blah blah blah".
On the other hand my Sales Consultant Tim Vu at Beshoff MotorCars listens to what I'm looking for, understand my wishes of making this memorable experience for my wife and know that I want a fair deal in a timely matter.
We were able to secure the car, agreed on a fair and excellent price, get most of the paperwork fill out and prepared via emails. All I needed to do was to show up at the dealership to inspect the car and sign the contract, in and out in 45 mins. HERE'S THE BEST PART, TIM DELIVERED THE CAR TO OUR FRONT DOOR WITH A BRIGHT RED BOW. The smile on my wife's face is worth ten stars but unfortunately I can only give him 5.
I really don't know how to express my gratitude for the exemplary service that was provided by Tim Vu and the team at Beshoff MotorCars. I'm definitely going to recommend everyone I know to buying a Mercedes-Benz from Tim Vu at Beshoff MotorCars.

I have 2 words for you, Johnny Ngo! He is hand's down the best No BS Salesmen I have ever met. It took me literally 20 minutes to walk in and sign paperwork for an E-Class. Keep in mind this is coming from someone who would have driven to Nevada Or LA for a great deal, I was extremely fortunate to find the BEST deal in my backyard.
I talked to a couple of dealers in the Bay Area and some in LA and Reno. I simply walked into Beshoff (without any prior communication) and talked to Johnny Ngo and told him exactly what car I was interested in and he went to talk to his manager and came back with an excellent price.
If you are like me and know what car you want and what you want to pay, I recommend Johnny Ngo. I dread going back and forth with salesmen, and their bosses, etc... Johnny is extremely knowledgeable, knows what his clients want, and exceeds customer satisfaction expectations.

I have leased twice here and have been servicing my MB here since 2004.
Last month I sent a price inquiry email to Beshoff and within a minute, Manu called. He had pretty much got down to the number of what I was look for over the phone. I stopped by there for a test drive of the same evening. The car we initially worked on was somehow already being sold, but luckily there was a demo that I wouldn't mind to take home.
Finding a right car, closing a deal couldn't have been any easier here in Beshoff. Give Manu/Dody a call if you know exactly what you want!

We began having our car serviced at Beshoff about 3 years ago after disappointing service at another dealer. We have always received excellent service here, fast and friendly shuttle service, a loaner car when appropriate and all around great service from the service advisors and technicians.
Today we dropped our car off for a scheduled maintenance and received the same wonderful service we have been accustomed to but they went above and beyond even for them. My young son was with me and told the service advisor about a small toy that he had lost under the rear seat. The service advisor removed (I didn't know that was possible in my model) the seat and retrieved the toy for him. Even with the extra time they took for my son we were checked in and in the courtesy shuttle within 15 minutes of arriving.

We bought a GL450 from Beshoff and got a really competitive price, but by far the best and most straightforward service. We tried to buy it from the Pleasanton dealership, but they were unwilling to work with me on the price, instead telling me that, "the GL's are in short-supply, since most are going to China now." Really? I asked them why there was a national lease deal going in if there was such a short supply.
I also called Autobahn in San Mateo, Smythe, and Fletcher Jones, and they all gave me a round-about response when it came to pricing, so I ultimately went w/ Beshoff, whose staff recognized that I had a certain price goal and they told me what they could do...and the deal got done quickly.

As a volunteer for the Lupus Fdtn of Northern California (LFNC) I want to spread the word about the assistance of Mr. Tim Vu at Beshoff Motors
For 18 years the LFNC has held an annual drawing for a Mercedes in cooperation with Smythe European. Funds raised from this raffle assist the foundation with support services for lupus patients and their familes.
Days before this year's draw was to take place, the LFNC discovered the new GM at Smythe would not assist us. Over several weeks we left several phone messages for him and also sent letters. He did not respond to any of these. A small group of us volunteered to visit him at the dealership. He seemed sincere at the time, claiming he had not received the LFNC mail or phone calls and he promised to call us later that day. He even said he sympathized with the cause because his mother had lupus. HE NEVER CALLED BACK.
The good news is that Mr. Tim Vu at Beshoff Motors came through for the LFNC . We are indeed extremely grateful to Mr. Vu. He is truly an invaluable "community citizen" who so readily helped us out at the last minute. Please help me spread the word.Roseanna L. ,San Jose, CA

I purchased my new 2010 E 350 Sport from this dealer. My sales person was Tony Chiem. I liked dealing with him because he didn't waste my time, and got right down to the details of what I wanted both in the model, and the pricing. He is very knowledgable about the different models on the Beshoff lot, and most importantly, was easy to work out and get approval by the finance department of my purchase offer. I am aware that a 5 star rating means "customer service as good as it gets" and this is what Beshoff Motorcars deserves so far.
As some of my friends recommended that I look into installing a clear film on the front of the vehicle to prevent chips and scratches, I called Mr. Dody Abshir, Director of Internet Sales and my main contact at Beshoff Motorcars.
Although, Mr. Abshir had no financial incentive other than providing customer service, he went out of his way to find the best Bay Area company which installs this type of protection, call them for a quote, help me to negotiate a fair price, and then gave me the information for me to make an informational appointment if I was interested. I did contact the company "Elite Auto films" and spoke to its owner, Goshan Santos who was extremely helpful, accomodated the installation to my schedule, and explain to me in detail the work to be done.
All this could not have been done without the contacts and effort from Mr. Dody Abshir and Beshoff Motorcars, which again provided an excellent customer service experience, compatible to the brand they sell.
Although, I live a few miles from Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek and over 60 miles from Beshoff Motorcars dealership, I will still service my vehicle at Beshoff in San Jose due to their outstanding customer service.
In my opinion, before you take your Mercedes Benz vehicle for service or if you are thinking about purchasing one, you will benefit from contacting Mr. Abshir to validate my customer service experience and maybe have another excellent interaction yourself.Gabriel C. ,Clayton, CA

I have never been happier with the customer service, people and invigorating staff that Beshoff MotorCars MBZ dealership has offered me. My car is a rare MB breed and only a select few even know about these cars and Chris knew everything about it from head to toe.

I have bought two Mercedes Benz cars from Beshoff. Both times, they gave me a terrific price, treated me with utmost respect, and continued to do so after I bought the car. For the car I purchased last month, I shopped around at other dealerships for both a Mercedes and a BMW and met some shady, aggressive sales people who use the oldest tricks in the book to scam you. In the end I went back to Beshoff because it gave me the best price and its sales people were the most professional. The sales person I dealt with was Irena both times. I highly recommend her. She is very busy but she will work hard for you.

I bought a used 2004 CLK 320 on Halloween. After about 10 days, the transmission started acting up. I took the car in, picked it up a few days later and the problem hadn't been fixed. I took it back, they kept it for a few more days, had their Service Team Leader drive it. Mark Peachey, the Service Manager drove it , and the problem got fixed.
Nonetheless, having transmission problems after having the car less than two weeks made me somewhat regret my decision to buy the car. I even thought that buying a car on Halloween was an omen. I had the opportunity to talk with Mark and express my lack of confidence in the car. He listened and said that he would do whatever he could to help me regain my lost confidence.
Then I bought a MB CD changer from EBay and asked Beshoff to install it (do not try to do this yourself unless you are a MB tech). The previous owner had apparently swapped out the stock radio and put it back in upon trading in the car. As a result, some wires had been cut and I would have to pay to have the dash removed to fix it. I felt that since the car was a Certified Pre-Owned car, it should be covered under the warranty. Long story short, it wasn't covered but Beshoff picked up the tab for the extra work.
But wait...there's more. I got a call today from Mark Peachey because he saw paperwork indicating something about problems with my CD changer and called me (??!!) to see what happened and if everything got fixed to my satisfaction.
People, I bought a used car and only paid $25,000 but am being treated like I bought a Maybach. Unless something happens to change my mind, I am their customer for life.Karen N. ,San Jose, CA
